All Wild Wicks items are meticulously hand crafted so some items may have slight imperfections... I do have a very high standard so please be confident you will be pleased with your purchase... if for any reason you are not, (not simply change of mind), I will gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Breakage, damage or loss caused by Australia Post is not covered
by Wild Wicks, please select added insurance at checkout if you want cover...
I do however, pack your orders with heaps of TLC to prevent breakages as
much as possible
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its exact original condition, the buyer
is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
Bath & Body Products due to health reasons
Items on Sale or Clearance
Custom or personalised orders

Shipping to Australia only.
Shipping is calculated at checkout before proceeding with final payment, any over payments will be refunded.
FREE Pick up option is also available. Choose from 3 locations, Lewiston, Parafield Gardens or Modbury. The Lewiston location can be used for after hours pick ups.
All Wild Wicks items are carefully packed to ensure they get to you in one piece.
Parcels are posted via Australia Post, please select accordingly at checkout for your postage options and insurance

Postage is completed within 1-3 business days, any delay caused by Australia Post is not the responsibility of Wild Wicks... if you need purchases urgently, please select the express post option at checkout.
